I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involved. I am a consumer, natural person, who exercised my right to grant and extend credit by using the open end consumer credit plan by way of the use for credit card of choice, being the social security card. On XX/XX/2021, I entered into a consumer credit transaction with XXXX XXXX XXXX along with the financial institution, Toyota Motor Credit corporation for the purpose of obtaining the property purchased. None of the contracts provided to me had full disclosures including not disclosing that I have the right to rescind pursuant to 15 USC 1635. Therefore, I have practiced my right to rescind before the 3 day expiration after the date of consummation of the transaction and being sent to all parties involved via Certified Mail.
