I have issues with the way this is being reported as it is damaged my credit. The car was repo XXXX and experian say its derogatory XXXX says open. This is an inaccuracy and is en to remove this account from my credit. The dates of last activity are inconsistent with each other this is also enough to remove from my credit. XXXX is reporting past due 120 days the other 2 are reporting repo. This is enough to remove or delete from credit.balance on Experian and XXXX are the same while transunion is no showing XXXX. XXXX and XXXX are reporting as auto loan and XXXX is not reporting at all. XXXX has not reported any months of payments late or not and is not consistent with the others With all this said this needs to be removed
