called Capital One with a conference call including CompleteID representative. Was able to convince Capital One To Close Fraudulent Account, But Master Card subsequently issued a Capital One MasterCard Debit Card. Master Card Claims they can only deal with Fraudulent accounts when their Security Department is open for business. and have done nothing to remove the Fraudulent Master Card Account. Also XXXX has sent me a text thanking me for checking out with XXXX, I do not have an account With XXXX, nor Capital One Nor Master Card, all Three are fraudulent. XXXX is Phishing for my Email or Telephone Number and sign up as a condition of contacting them through their resolution website. I do not want to give my Number or email and create an account with XXXX.
