I sent an Identity theft report in the for of an affidavit via the federal governments website ( FTC ) VIA certidied mail. Equifax wrote me a letter in response stating that they would not block the information. Equifax also stated that they needed proof which I gave in the form of an official Identioty theft report for there mismanaged procedures. I am being violated of my rights as a Consumer and for there negligence of non compliance to my written instructions.
