XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and its subsidearies XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. used the information they received from Comenity to cause the decision to initiate theft of securites and stock from investment accounts and offer temporary credit lines that were designed to never be made permanent as a result of the damage to the credit report and scores caused by Comenity.
