XXXX : Is inaccurately reporting OLDER DERAGETORY EVENTS on my consumer reports. Specifically : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX are all being reported as 90 days late in a 30 day period. This is mathematically impossible to report 90 days late in a 30 day period. This is a clear FCRA violation and Metro 2 violation. I want this inaccurate, inconsistent reporting deleted from my consumer file. It is costing me much pain and anguish and costing me higher interest, and loan denials. TransUnion : Is inaccurately, inconsistently, and unfairly reporting on my OLDER DERAGETORY EVENTS on my consumer file.
