The loan was in forebearance until XX/XX/2021. After that I tried to get it reassessed to get a lower and more manageable monthly payment. I have had this house for 15 years. I am now a single woman and down to one income. They denied my application and said the only way to keep the house now is the pay all of the forbearance back now and resume full payments. {$13000.00} plus was the amount she told me.
