My car was repossessed yesterday with Acura Finacial Services. I sent over all information requested and have the full reinstatement amount they requested around {$3100.00}. They refused payment although I tried to pay the full amount the same day within my 10 day period the law requires them to give me. I was affected by XXXX and have been on and out of the hospital even though the website says the offer ectentions to those affected I was told after my deferment they could not help since I was pass due. Acura is not the lien holder on my coverage so a court order should have been needed I was sold my lease vehicle with liabilty which I can provide proof of they broke the law. I tried to return the vehicile 9 months back and change my contract to what they promised me but they forced me to keep the vehicle threatening returning it would ruin my credit so I kept trying I have proof of this as well .I text and a XXXX review from 9 months ago this was a retaliation! I have small children and am sick I missed 2 doctor appointments after they took my vehicle. I have since contacted my insurace and filed for full coverage although when I purchased the vehicle it was not needed according to the Director XXXX. I called 6 times yesterday and was denied to reinstate. I would like to pay and keeping my car or have a write off completed and this completely removed from my reporting due to Acura not being the actual lien holder upon my agreement and contract signing. I now have an attorney please help as well.
