FACT : Im submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involved. CORELOGIC D/B/A SAFERENT has continuously placed a false public record on my consumer file that has had a detrimental impact on my livelihood. They are reporting an eviction on my credit when there is no public record to be found. SAFERENT claimed to do a reinvestigation dated XX/XX/XXXX but I have had my consumer report ran through several consumer reporting agencies dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and they all confirm that there is no judgement or public record attached to XXXX XXXX ( Exhibit A & B ). In fact, XXXX, one of the consumer reporting agencies attached in my evidence used BOTH CORELOGIC and SAFERENT to validate MY consumer file which stated NO EVICTION OR PUBLIC RECORD FOUND, dating back to XX/XX/XXXX ( exhibit B third page ). They have clearly been violating my consumer rights for years, and continuously, knowingly, willingly. This has harmed my entire life and I am forced to hold SAFERENT AND CORELOGIC accountable and enforce the consumer protection Laws.
