I sent multiple disputes through the mail and submitted a complaint thru this portal about a month ago and NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH THE UPDATE EXPERIAN HAS SENT. Experian said they updated the dispute but absolutely nothing got removed, changed, nor updated. Literally stayed the same. I have sent multiple letters, submitted a complaint, If the next step is to take legal action using the FTC acts for reporting INACCURATE INFORMATION ON MY CREDIT REPORT, I WILL! I do not mind spending money and time on this incorrect information. I have kept a paper trail of everything I have sent off with certified mail and a copy of the letters. A collection is by default past due, DELETE account for inaccurate reporting. Collection is reporting with 2 different dates of last activity. REMOVE for inaccurate reporting on my file.
