I have been disputing a few accounts on my credit reports for some time now with XXXX, XXXX and Equifax. They have been reporting inaccurate information on my credit reports and refuse to correct the problem. XXXX is reporting that I was late on my account with XXXX XXXX account but I was never late, I disputed this inaccurate information with all three credit bureaus and XXXX and Equifax has corrected the problem but XXXX continues to report this inaccurate information. I the other two credit bureaus have corrected this issue why is XXXX still allowed to report this inaccurate information? How are they getting their information to verify this information when the other two credit bureaus could not? XXXX and XXXX are reporting inaccurate accounts on my reports that I have three charge off accounts with US DEPT ED and that I have had late payments on an account with XXXX. I disputed this information with all three credit bureaus and Equifax removed and corrected this issue but XXXX and XXXX has not. Again, how are they able to report inaccurate information? If Equifax found evidence that these account s were in fact inaccurately reporting where are the other two credit bureaus getting their information from?
