This company is in violation of multiple FDCPA laws. I have sent a validation debt letter also a cease and desist letter over 45 days ago to this company. This company is reporting inaccurate information on my credit report and is causing me distress. The information that they are reporting is inaccurate and unverifiable. I have not seen this inaccurate information removed from my credit report, this company is still reporting this inaccurate information. I demand this company to stop reporting inaccurate and unverifiable information/accounts immediately and to cease all forms of communication with me through any and all mediums.
