I have Dispute with Equifax 5 time the latest was on XX/XX/2021 for Chapter XXXX bankruptcy it came back valid three days later I sent Equifax validation letter they sent me a paperwork back saying it was validated by XXXX I had disputed it with XXXX in XXXX they had already ready sent me a letter saying the chapter XXXX was invalid removed it from my report on XX/XX/XXXX Equifax keeps saying its comeing back validated though XXXX and its not I have a copy of my XXXX report and and a letter from them stating it not a valid Chapter XXXX and a letter from the court stating that it not either and that I should possibly sue because they are reporting wrong information and refuse to remove the wrong information
