So I was selling an item online and the buyer was asking me to use zelle so I proceeded to use whats best for the buyer little did I know things were a little off but I wanted to sell my product they buyer sent money to my zelle account then I receive an email saying that zelle is holding my funds when then it made me do steps to get my full asking price XXXX $ it said I had to send the buyer XXXX $ then I did but after 1-3 hours went by I checked my account nothing I then replied to the person then texting me step by step saying their servers were down. Then I thought oh Ill check when I get up to see if its there nope it wasnt then I was upset so I called my bank they said they couldnt do anything same thing with zelle I just want my money back and to never use either my bank I have now and zelle because they do not even come close to good care for anyone and I work hard for all the money I have and for me to be taken advantage of then none of the sources I used helped at all
