On XX/XX/2021 I received a copy of my credit report and I noticed a inaccurate account on my credit report that is being illegally reported. I sent out letters to the company who was illegally reporting this information on my credit report. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C. 1681 A3, the information that they are reporting is supposed to be excluded from my credit report and they are illegally reporting it and I told them that. I demand this account to be deleted from my credit report. I will file for litigation for this company violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act and they are held civilly liable for reporting this debt. I am also being ignored on my disputes. My information may also have gotten in the hands of the wrong person during the XXXX data breach.
