I received a letter ( attached scan of said letter ) from AmSher Collection Services , Inc of XX/XX/XXXX notifying me of a debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$90.00} and my rights to dispute/request validation for this debt within 30 days of receival. I then disputed and requested validation for this debt and sent the letter ( attached copy of dispute letter ) via USPS Certified Mail on XX/XX/XXXX. I received confirmation that this letter was received by a person on XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX ( attached confirmation ), therefore, request to dispute was confirmed that it was received by AmSher within the 30 day timeline. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, I have yet to receive any communication from AmSher regarding validation of this debt. They did not provide what they are required to provide by the 30 day period of receiving my request. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received notification that this debt, that has not been validated to be mine nor has my dispute been acknowledged, was reported to the Credit Bureau ( confirmation screenshot included ). This has negatively affected my character.
