I XXXX XXXX in order to change my info. I called the number and was asked by the person to download XXXX on apps. so that he could walk me through it. He had me pull up my account, and asked what bank was used for it. I told him. By the end of the call, he had gotten my banking code number and somehow used my XXXX to send money through Zelle. I've never even heard of Zelle. He took {$170.00} out of my account. I'm on XXXX, so that was all the money that I had until XXXX. The phone number they used was : XXXX, and the money was deposited to XXXX XXXX 's account. Transaction # XXXX on XX/XX/2021
