A check with XXXX customer service automated service stated material shipped. Looking further into date for delivery a customer service rep. Stated payment authorized on XX/XX/2021, declined on XX/XX/2021. Navy federal Credit Union was contacted today XX/XX/2021, teller stated XXXX did not accept transaction in 3 days and money was not returned to may account. I would like the return of my monies to purchase medically necessary material. Can I get help with this theft?
