on XX/XX/2021, i sent NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS , INC a letter about an alleged debt of XXXX that I don't owe.this is an inaccurate item and should be removed from my credit report. national credit systems , inc sent me a document in the mail claiming that i owe a debt on XX/XX/2021, i sent them a letter requesting the validity of the alleged debt of {$920.00}. they have violated my rights as a consumer. Pursuant to the FDCPA specifically 15 USC 1692g, it states ; Within 5 days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector SHALL unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice containing. ( 1 ) the amount of the debt ; ( 2 ) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed, ( 3 ) a statement that unless the consumer, within 30 days, after receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed valid by the debt collector ; ( 4 ) a statement that if the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within 30 day period that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, the debt collector will obtain verification of the debt and ( 5 ) a statement that, upon the consumer 's request within the 30 day period, the debt collector will provide the consumer with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor, NATIONAL CREDIT SYSTEMS has failed 3-5 and therefore, is in violation of the law. not only did they not include it in the initial communication, they failed to send it within 5 days.As you can see the date was XXXX and today is XXXXattached is the letter i sent to them about the alleged debt and i haven't heard from them as of yet.
