I opened a new checking account that comes with a {$500.00} bonus in XX/XX/XXXX. The term was to deposit and maintain at least $ XXXX, and the bonus would be deposited on or before XX/XX/XXXX. I didn't see it on XX/XX/XXXX, so I sent a secure message in the online banking. No response. Tried again on XX/XX/XXXX but still no one look into it. I called the number at the back of my debit card. A customer service looked in the system for 40 minutes and then asked me to go to a branch to try.
