I am a victim of fraud and misrepresentation on or about XX/XX/XXXX. 1. At the time of the contract, I was unemployed without any possibility to pay any debts. 2. A non-homeowner income was used for qualifying purposes. 3. I never received the alleged rebate that was promised to me at the time of the contract. Since the rebate was not given the payment of the solar panels increased and I was unable to keep up with the payment causing me to fall behind on payments. 4. I was never notified that any electricity that was used beyond the capacity of the solar system would be charged by XXXX at end of the year. 5. On or about XX/XX/XXXX, a solar company representative of the solar company came to my house turned off the solar system, and installed a lockbox terminating any further use of the solar panels. 6. When they locked the system, I contacted the solar provider to arrange a payment option which they declined and said I had to pay it in full or it would go to collections. 7. The solar system was installed on my roof knowing my roof needed to be replaced. 8. Two licensed general contractors of the State f California inspected my home shortly after the installation of the solar equipment and certified that the roof needed to be replaced and a nominal fee to uninstall and install the system after a new roof was installed ( estimate available upon request ). Be advised the process to qualify for this solar panel was fraudulent. I have never been able to use any of the solar panels since they were installed.
