Good Evening, I have been having an issue with the 3 credit bureaus reporting fraudulent information on my credit profile regarding Jefferson Capital Finance I have called and sent in several letters with no resolution. I have asked several times for proof of the account listed on my profile. I have needed specified information and these companies are not able to provide. They only respond with letters stating the account is verified. I have asked for supporting documents and also how was the method of verification completed. Seeked out signatures, payment history, billing statements, etc. I have called on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX and XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX to all three bureaus XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX to XXXX. Certified letters has been sent to each bureaus as well XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and latest letter XX/XX/XXXX. I have received written response form XXXX and XXXX. The letters in response just states the accounts have been verified but no evidence of that. XXXX has no sent any responding letters. Only updated info online stating accounts accurate. I will attach screenshots of the account being listed showing inconsistent reporting and date opened date. Also different ACCOUNT numbers. Jefferson Finance has not responded to any request for validation information. Again seeking information such as signatures of loan, bank account info, addresses, payment history. Not just a letter stating accurate without showing proof of an account.
