XXXX AND EQUIFAX, have both allowed a known violator of the Fair Credit Reporting act, i.e. XXXX XXXX XXXX, to place fraudulent collections on my credit reports thereby negatively impacting my credit score which has real world negative impact on my financial health which is intrinsic to my personal well being. Everyday that goes by with these fraudulent collections on my credit report is a violation of my rights, a crime against me initiated by XXXX XXXX XXXX and permitted by XXXX & EQUIFAX, who exercise no caution to determine if the alleged debt collection is indeed mine or even valid. To : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MO XXXX Attention, you have illegally placed fraudulent information on my Credit Reports! You never contacted via mail or phone to attempt to determine if in fact this debt you have now fraudulently placed on my credit reports is mine! Im demanding that you immediately remove this fraudulent collection from my credit reports! Concerning the Alleged Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Alledged Creditor Account # XXXX -- -- -, Im acting in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( 15 USC 1692g, Section 809b ) notifying you that your claim is Disputed and Validation is required! I am not requesting verification, rather I am requesting complete legal validation as per the referenced title and section of the law. Please provide me with the complete evidence you have stating that I am legally obligated to pay you. I request the following : Justification for the claimed amount, including invoices or receipts. Explanation of how you calculated the amount in question. Copies of any documents bearing my signature stating that I agreed to pay the claimed amount. The identity of the alleged original creditor. Proof that the alleged original creditor assigned the debt in question to you. Proof that the Statue of Limitations has not expired on this account. Proof that you are licensed to collect debt in the state of Georgia. Your licensed numbers and Registered Agent or Agent of Service. I will require 30 days to investigate any proof sent with this claim. During this time collection activity must cease and desist. If any action is taken during this validation period that negatively impacts my Credit Report, including any potentially inaccurate information, I will instruct my legal consul to take relevant action against the guilty parties. You must immediately remove the collections you fraudulently placed on my credit reports until the such a time as the debt is proven valid. If I personally dont receive any response from you for VALIDATION of this account within 30 days, all references and claims to this account must be deleted from your files. Regards,
