On XXXX I sent this company a debt validation letter to validate a collection they placed on my consumer report. They responded back with some XXXX simply listing my name and the amount they claim I owe ... .No actual documents with my signature, or proof that the debt belongs to me. I sent them another letter on XXXX, telling them what they provided was not enough, and requested documents again. They responded saying that my request was the same and they will no longer investigate. They are scammers of a company and clearly disregarding consumer protection laws granted in the FDCPA and FCRA. Their response simply proves that they don't have the docs required to collect on this debt and report to the bureaus.
