Transition and XXXX allowed XXXX to continuously report inaccurate information for several months including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. When I asked to have the information verified they did not properly verify the information and continued to allow in accurate info to be reported violating my right to a fair and accurate credit report. They allowed XXXX to continue to change the dates, and balance and statement of a collection with inaccurate information with the most recent being XX/XX/XXXX. The statue of limitation ran out on the account so XXXX reported the account with a new opening date of XXXX of XXXX when the initial account was report 2 years prior and settled.
