Transunion XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX Im writing you out of frustration and desperation, your company is reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. Ive sent them multiple validation letters asking how the information was verified. Each time Transunion keeps saying that the information that provided to them has been verified as accurate but will not say who verified the information. Ive sent Transuntion several method of verification request and the ignore each one. The account in question is a 2 Bankruptcies Transunion continues to say that the information has been verified as accurate. I know Transunion havent investigated the 2 bankruptcies or verified this information as accurate, if they did they would not be reporting inaccurate information. On my Transunion report it say I filled both Bankruptcies in Florida which is not accurate only one the the Bankruptcies was filed in Florida, the other one was filed in another state. From doing my research I understand you all get this public records information from XXXX who is NOT FCRA regulated. On XXXX website they explicitly state XXXX does not match Bankruptcy information to Transunion. How can XXXX report anything to Transunion about a consumer if they arent being recognized as a reporting agency. Im demanding that you remove both of these bankruptcies since you are reporting inaccurate information and can not provide me with how you received this information. I have a letter from both of the Bankruptcy Courts saying they did NOT provide any credit reporting Agencies or 3rd party agencies with Bankruptcy information, the letter also stated that the Bankruptcy courts do not report to the any of the Credit Bureaus. Please understand my frustration your company is reporting inaccurate information and they arent investigating like they say they are. The Bankruptcy clearly has not been verified and needs to be deleted immediately. Im reaching out to you the CEO to insure this is done. Otherwise my next step would be to sue Transunion for multiple FCRA violations. If an immediate resolution isnt made within 14 days, Im preparing to file a claim with the FL Attorney General Office. I AM AWARE, THE FCRA STATES THE FOLLOWING : A CRA must remove or correct inaccurate or unverified information from its files, usually within 30 days after you dispute it. The Bankruptcy in question has not been verified and therefore its inaccurate. Its been over 30days. Please DELETE this item from my credit reports as it is NOT verified! Your immediate attention I would be greatly appreciate.
