For now over and 1 1/5 years I have been disputing with XXXX this account from POSSIBLE FINANCE listed on my credit report. Every single time XXXX is stating that you every month is telling them this account belong to me. I have never opened this account with you. I have never received a bill or anything to my address and because I have had enough with XXXX not removing this fraudulent account, I have sent them an Intent To Sue letter. I received a call from them and they insisted that I filed an Identity Theft report with the FTC and send it to you that is a fraudulent account and that you re the ones that are able to have this removed from my XXXX credit report. I am beyond frustrated and if this is not handle soon, the only recourse if to file a lawsuit in small claims court against you. Please see my attached ID Theft Report and review.
