This is XXXX XXXX XXXX, who is submitting this CFPB complaint myself and to inform you that there is no third party involve in the process. I'm not swayed that Bureaus efficiently pleased the principles of the Fair Credit Reporting Act in completing their investigation. The Bureaus are reporting inaccurate information on EOS CCA ( Original Creditor : 10 XXXX ). Per FCRA, reporting must be 100 % accurate or the information must be deleted.
