I have deposited XXXX into my Gemini account on the XXXX. The bank transfer should have been there on the next 1-2 bank working days. When i wanted to check if my deposit has already been credited, i noticed, that my account got blocked and i contacted their support. The support did not answer me at all... I needed to contact one of their support agents directly through XXXX to even get an answer, where they were claiming, that they would have not received the deposit ( I have already deposited money into my Gemini account earlier, but never that much and it always worked fine ). After a few days i should upload my payment receipt, which i did... But since that day, they never got back to me... either on XXXX or via Email.
