On XX/XX/2021 I sent a letter via USPS to XXXX in regards to the bankruptcy listed on my XXXX report. In response I received a letter back on XX/XX/2021 stating that XXXX verified the " alleged '' bankruptcies through LCI. However on LCI website, they explicitly state " LCI DOES NOT MATCH BANKRUPTCY INFO TO XXXX CREDIT FILES ''. XXXX so how do YOU consider this information verified if LCI is stating they don't verify such information? If XXXX is reporting data it obtained from a company who isn't FCRA compliant then XXXX wouldn't be FCRA complaint, right? LCI claims they get information from PACER, but PACER doesn't report full SSN 's so how are they verifying who the records belongs to? Just guessing? I have also reached out the courthouse these " bankruptcies '' is housed at, they responded back with a letter stating they do NOT release information to 3rd party companies. Also if you have not physically gone and received documents with my full social security number this is NOT a verified item which means it must be immediately removed. Neither XXXX nor the courthouse release information to any 3rd party companies. Provide exact proof on how these " bankruptcies '' were verified as accurate showing FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER as proof. XXXX in return sent in information only showing the last four of a social security number, which is NOT verification. Items are unverified if full social security number is not shown. XXXX is not a for profit company thus does not supply full social security numbers nor information to 3rd party companies.
