I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I owed PayPal {$300.00}. I have never had a PayPal account. I have never used PayPal or even tried to go to their website. Also, it is my understanding that PayPal is not in the business of extending credit, but rather a go between for making online purchases. Therefore, this letter in my opinion is an obvious scam. Either intended to get money directly, or to get me to call their number so they can then record my voice to further commit frauds against me.
