PROFESSIONAL BUREAU OF COLLECTIONS reported to the credit agency on an account before making any contact with me upon receipt of the account. Per the Fair reporting Act ( FCRA ), PROFESSIONAL BUREAU OF COLLECTIONS should have contacted me first to give me a chance to address this account prior to taking derogatory actions with the credit reporting agencies under their name. During a recent phone conversation, a PROFESSIONAL BUREAU OF COLLECTIONS employee screamed at me that I owed {$630.00} to XXXX XXXX for XXXX services rendered in XXXX of 2020, which is an error. Without confirming the facts, The PROFESSIONAL BUREAU OF COLLECTIONS employee threatened me by saying he was going to place this claimed amount on my credit report and that it would reflect negatively on my credit history. On XXXX at XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Charged me {$630.00} for the services and this was amount was paid in full via my XXXX Credit Card ( see attached XXXX invoice ). The attached receipt shows this charge, the payment, and a {$0.00} balance after the payment was made. I do not owe XXXX XXXX the said amount, that is an error.
