Consumer Narrative

The lease agreement terms was for the amount of {$1800.00} I paid {$680.00} at the signing of the lease and have paid a total of {$1200.00} in biweekly payments since XXXX totaling the entire amount paid to be {$1900.00}. More then amount leased I called to buy out of the lease agreement and they told me I'd have to pay another {$680.00} or continue to make payments until XX/XX/XXXX. None of this was explained to me at the time I purchased the stereo equipment. The store ( XXXX XXXX ) was contacted the same day that we purchased the equipment and they told us ( My sons father and myself ) that we needed to contact Tempoe in order to return the merchandise because it was leased through them. I then contacted Tempoe and they said that it had to be returned through XXXX XXXX. My sons father then took the receipt to the store where the manager kept the receipt saying that he'd get back to us on what needed to be done. None of this is equitable to me as a consumer and I was tricked into a lease agreement with none of the terms told to me everything was done on a computer so I was not able to read anything until it was printed off. I would like for this lease agreement to be handled as I've paid more than the amount that I've leased. This agreement is in violation of the Truth and Lending act I've paid more than 4 installment payments and have received no equity as a consumer. This is a Consumer Lease Agreement that has no signature from administering agent I was emailed the original lease agreement which does in fact have my signature but in order for it to be legal and binding it should have two one from myself and the administering agent. The company showed up on my credit report XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX this is my receipt of purchase, letting me know that this was in fact a consumer credit transaction. Pursuant to 15 USC 1605 a finance charge is the sum of all charges and is involved in every consumer credit transaction. No were in this agreement does it show me what the finance charge was which is deceptive because I was told my credit wasnt being used. This entire agreement is deceptive and misleading. I was not able to read anything at the time a signing my signature was provided in a small keypad with the computer screen turned facing the store clerk.
