i had a predatory vehicle loan from westlake financial and i voluntarily gave them the location of vehicle in exchange for voluntary repo on credit file.. westlake financial purposely puts comments on my credit report every couple months and it makes my score go down. this is a closed account and the car dealership that sold me the vehicle shut down in the middle of the night due to fraud allegations. they are saying that they sold my vehicle at auction for XXXX when it was a brand new car? i have disputed this account on my credit report since it appeared there and have asked numerous times to be shown proof of sale price at auction for my vehicle the company is rude and will not send me proof of sale amount because that is supposed to be taken off my loan amount. it should also be noted that the company had me sign the loan documents for my husband because he forgot to sign in a couple places. now westlake financial is putting their own statements in my credit report asking anyone looking at my credit report to contact them about my derogatory account.. how is that even possible for them to do and they will not give me any information on the sale of vehicle. this account has been closed now it shows as a balance in my total credit on report.i have disputed numerous times and now they report on credit report every month.,. i am being harassed and my credit report being played with on purpose by westlake financial and the credit bureaus. i bought the car for XXXX and they say i owe XXXX after the proceeds from the auction which is not true. i called westlake and all they kept asking me was when i was gon na pay my debt still havent recieved anything about the auction .. this is very unprofessional for them, to do and we were tricked by the car dealership also .. the car was sold as a take over payments when i couldnt afford the payments but the guy i sold car to never made a payment and sent me fraudulent copies of money orders showing he paid it every month. thats when i found out and contacted them to tell them where to find vehicle to repo it. that wasnt my fault but they should of done what they promised that showed i helped them recover vehicle.. i am besides myself seeing that they have a comment on my report for anyone to contact about a closed account on my file.. i want to go to the highest level of appeal on this matter as i have stated since day one.
