I am submitting this complaint because I am being extremely affected by Professional Debt Mediation , Inc . They are being completely unfair and I dont know how to get ahold on them but through this portal. I want to express that I have suffered a big impact in my credit score and I have lived one of the worst periods of my life with all this situation. I was harassed on the phone constantly despite telling the phone reps at your collection company not to call me. The Original creditor grossly overcharged me and kept on increase the balance frivolously. My request for validation was ignored and your company failed to mark me as disputed and failed to provide me with validation of the debt. Also Professional Debt Mediation, Inc. dont have registered agent in California Account Information : Account Number XXXX : Balance : {$1000.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/2016. Type : Derogatory Account Number XXXX : Balance : {$1400.00} Date Opened : XX/XX/2016. Type : Derogatory Solution : deletion accounts from all credit bureaus and waive the balance
