XX/XX/XXXX we closed on your new home. The initial loan amount with SecurityNational Mortgage Company was {>= $1,000,000}. On XX/XX/XXXX I made a {$1000.00} principal payment. SNMC sent me a monthly statement that shows this payment. In XXXX my loan was transferred to a new servicer for {>= $1,000,000}. The new servicer ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) claims they can not post new payments on the account because SNMC has not forwarded them the previous payment. SNMC is therefore preventing me to pay off my loan early. I reached out to SNMC multiple times. They first told me all the payments were forwarded. I called again today XX/XX/XXXX and they mentioned a request started XX/XX/XXXX to their accounting department and advised me it takes accounting 3 weeks for those payments to be transferred.
