My name is XXXX XXXX, I live in new York and I want to report a Sterling National Bank customer who wants to take advantage of me. I posted XXXX XXXX on XXXX for sale and someone by name XXXX XXXX reached out to me to buy my laptop. Since we both live in new York, she came to my address in XXXX to pick it up and said she would pay through her card. I needed cash but she declined and she sent the payment using er debit card to a fundraiser I was running for my cousin " XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. She sent the payment in tranches and then picked the laptop and left. As part of documentation to avoid chargeback, I asked for her ID which she submitted a scanned copy in my shop for a proof that she made the payment. The reason why I am making this report is that yesterday, XXXX XXXX called me on phone and threatened me that she will report the transactions as unauthorized to her bank so that she can get the money back and leave me in negative. She said she has been doing the same to other online sellers. So I am making this complaint officially to her bank to be aware that the charges were authorized and they should be aware of XXXX XXXX fraudulent life with online sellers. I will submit her photo ID here as a proof including a selfie of her holding her ID which I told her to send a copy as a proof. Her email is XXXX and her phone number is XXXX The card she used in my online shop to pay me when she visited me ends with XXXX and is a XXXX
