My mother passed away XX/XX/2021. I contacted all of her creditors. Capital One was insisting that they be paid and asked if she had an estate. I explained to them that she did not have an estate. As a result, they sold the debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. If XXXX wants to collect, they can go to the cemetery where she is buried. I had the mail stopped by them, but they continue to call. I want this company to stop contacting me thinking they are going to collect off of my deceased mother. Utterly disrespectful.
