I opened a credit card in XX/XX/XXXX. The card was active and in good standing until XX/XX/XXXX. I tried to use the card on XX/XX/XXXX, and was told by the place of business that the card was deactivated. I contacted the credit card company the next day and was told the card was deactivated without reason. All information of this card was immediately deleted from my credit reports which caused my credit score to decline. I sent a letter to the company requesting a reason for the closure/deactivation and have received no response.
