I submitted a dispute to XXXX, Equifax and XXXX regarding a Public Record ( Bankruptcy / Ref XXXX ) that is being reported on my credit files. They have all responded that the information was verified and accurate, however I have contacted the court and their response is enclosed. It is clear they do not report or verify information to any credit bureau. Therefore the information that is being reported is false, and has not been verified, the reporting requirements do not comply with the FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681I ) and the information must be DELETED immediately.
