On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from what was supposed to be Coinbase stating that my account was disabled and that I needed to verify my identity. Once I clicked the link and verified my identity, I proceeded back the app to see that all of my funds in the account were gone. Approximately {$2000.00} was cleared from my coinbase/coinbase pro account. I called to speak with a customer service representative on XX/XX/XXXX, and which they stated they were not responsible and could not get my funds back. As if they weren't going to even investigate it.
