I am unable to receive my annual credit report online for Transunion. I keep receiving an error : " We do not have a record that matches the information you entered. If your personal information ( name, SSN, address ) has recently changed, you should make sure that your personal information is current with us, and resubmit your request using the methods listed below. '' I called the number provided on the website and spoke to a Transunion CSR. The CSR told me my report would be sent via US Mail however instead I received a post card from Transunion saying they never heard on me before. My Transunion File Number is XXXX
