XXXX, and Equifax after numerous letters has refuse to remove unathorized inquires i did not give any permissible purpose or written consent. I contacted each company on my credit report and they told my to contact the credit agencies, which i have done and they still refuse to remove. I understand that you shouldn't be allowed to put an inquiry on my file unless I have authorized it. Please have these inquiries removed from my credit file because it is making it very difficult for me to acquire credit. You have not provided me with any information on how you verified these items. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ). By publishing these inaccurate and unverified items on my credit report and distributing them to 3rd parties you are damaging my reputation and credit worthiness. The FCRA states that the only permissible purpose for pulling someones credit is for : Firm Offer of Credit , Insurance Employment, Court Order The following credit inquiries are related to none of the aforementioned permissible
