I submitted a cfpb complaint on XX/XX/2021 against Equifax and Equifax did not do what they said they would do. [ Complaint Number XXXX ]. Equifax only responded with a credit report with no updates or anything indicating that there was an actual investigation. Equifax credit report shows : There is a Past Due Date in collection account, 120 Days Late in collection account ( collection accounts are late by default ). The date of last activity is incorrect, missing date of last payment. collection account and charge-off account missing the required notice of dispute ( violation ). These issues can not be ignored while Equifax is selling my personal information and making profit out of my personal information ( with inaccuracies ) even when I have notified Equifax more than 3 times about these inaccuracies in my credit report.Equifax Continues to ignore all my disputes and even the cfpb disputes.
