This loan was distributed in XXXX in the amount of $ XXXXthis a ten year loan with a .125 over prime variable rate, I started to pay this loan in XXXX while I was still in school. In XXXX Salie mae lowered the interest to 4 % because the payment was too high. As of today I have paid a total of {$33000.00} and Salie Mae currently have a principal balance of {$14000.00} which does not calculate. I should only had paid close to {$7000.00} in interest and {$20.00} XXXX in principal for a total of {$27000.00}. I want a refund of {$6000.00} from Salie Mae and the correction of the principal balance to XXXX
