I'm sorry for going this route. I am very appreciative of your time during the current uncertainty in the world, and I'm in no way complaining of the wait time. It is completely understandable and expected. I have a student loan that have been reporting on my credit for late, I did not receive a call or anything in the mail about my student loans coming up for payment especially with the current COVID relief for student.
