This is the third complaint I have filed with this company and they refuse to give me the stimulus money that was awarded to me and my family. I have done what I needed to do and updated my address with the post office. When I called the post office to confirm they stated that they have my address change form and it was processed. They also mentioned that certain mail needs to have permission from the sender in order for it to be forwarded. Has moneymart done that? What they are doing is unfair, the money was clearly given to me because I am someone who is in the low income bracket and for this money to not be given to me is causing financial difficulties. The last response they gave me was that I would have my EIP card by XX/XX/XXXX and that never happened. If this does not get resolved I will take legal action. They should not be given a huge responsibility if they can not serve the public in a proper manner. Also the number provided last time does not give the option to speak with an agent. In order to do so you are required to enter the card number who check I do not have.
