I, XXXX XXXX, Am submitting this complain on my own behalf and there is no third party involved. I recently pulled my credit report and discovered that there is information that I do not wish Navy Federal to furnish as they already in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The FCRA states what shall be EXCLUDED from my consumer credit report. 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( b ) states that any authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card. so According to Federal Law this account should not be on my credit report because it violates my federal rights and shall be removed immediately
