I was scammed via XXXX from someone trying to purchase a rental home for a few days. They took the money and never showed up to let us into the home. I have all of the proof of conversations and a rental agreement. Unfortunately, the information that was provided by the owner was false. Ive contacted Wells Fargo multiple times to help me get my money back. I do feel as though with my proof I should be entitled to my Money back. I also have filed a dispute with XXXX. Sent money, {$1100.00} via XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX through Wells Fargo. Disputed on XX/XX/XXXX telling them immediately it was fraudulent. They did not ask for any proof or documents regarding my case. They closed it and claimed that they sent a request to the bank asking for the funds backthe other party is not going to send it back.
