I sold my home. Closed XX/XX/XXXX. PHH mortgage services still has not updated my credit correctly paid in full. They are harming my credit Im trying to buy a new home They also took over 18 days to send a payoff missing first deadline costing me more money in housing legal expenses. They lost documents refused a manager a direct number scanned documents wrong lied to my attorney then received payoff and held it for five days I want my credit fixed immediately Im in underwriting they are horrible to the point of complete utter insanity I want to update address for any refunds and I want to see recorded discharge immediately this is urgent
